Presentation Formats

Interactive Discussion, Workshop, or Roundtable
Designed to foster active participation and engagement among attendees. An interactive discussion or roundtable typically involves a facilitator and several speakers who discuss a specific topic, allowing ample opportunity for all attendees to share thoughts or ask questions. Workshops are more hands-on, often involving activities or exercises that participants complete to gain practical skills or knowledge.

Lecture-style Presentation
Structured presentation of information to a targeted audience with a focus on verbal delivery, often supplemented by visual aids such as slides, diagrams, and videos. This method is centered around sharing knowledge, while attendees take notes and absorb the information.

Lightning Talk
Short 10-minute presentation designed to be concise and focused, allowing speakers to make their point quickly and clearly.

Panel Presentation
Speakers (the panel) come together to discuss a specific topic. The format allows for a brief introduction followed by a discussion between the panelists and the audience. This setup is designed to present different perspectives and encourage interaction among the panelists and attendees.

Poster Presentation
Designed to communicate information in a concise and visually engaging format. Includes a poster and a brief verbal explanation of the content. Posters should be approximately 48 inches x 36 inches.
